Terms of Service
By doing any business with me — via commissioning, trading, etc. — you are agreeing to abide by my Terms of Service. Failure to abide by my terms will result in a temporary ban or blacklist (more information can be found under Temporary Ban & Blacklist).
General Terms
Please follow and agree with all the terms written on this page. I will assume you have read and agree with my Terms of Service if I receive your commission.
I do ask for your patience when commissioning work or doing art trades with me. I will not tolerate any negative behavior when inquiring about said requests.
I have the right to decline commissions or art trades for whatever reasons I may have.
I will not accept commissions, customs, or art trades that have negative connotations against me and/or others, including (but are not limited to): racial/sexual discrimination, bullying or harassing someone, using hateful or harmful language against someone, and stolen work in any way, shape, or form.
The quality of my artwork will evolve over time, meaning there will be minor improvements in my lineart, anatomy, and coloring.
I have the rights to all my artwork; thus, editing, claiming, tracing, and using the artwork for commercial use are strictly prohibited (more information is found under Copyright & Usage Policies).
Copyright & Usage Policies
I have every right to produce the artwork; therefore, I can do whatever I want with the artwork. To clarify, however, I will list what I am allowed to do with the art and what you are and are NOT allowed to do with the artwork.
I am allowed to:
Post/display my artwork on any social media platform or website (with proper credit to the owner and designer of the character).
Promote myself with the artwork on any media platform or website.
Use the artwork in any art books that I may publish in the future.
You are allowed to:
Use the artwork in any way you want as long as it is for personal use.
Repost the artwork on any social media platform or website as long as you give me proper credit.
Claim the rights of the character(s) but not the artwork.
You are NOT allowed to:
Reproduce/use the artwork to gain profit in any way, shape, or form. This includes (but are not limited to): NFT minting, selling copies (digital or printed), or using the artwork in advertisements.
Remove my watermark/signature.
Edit/change the artwork without my permission.
Use the artwork for NFT or AI generators.
Temporary Ban & Blacklist
Recipients who are temporarily banned or blacklisted are restricted or strictly prohibited from purchasing and/or participating in any of my future activities, including (but not limited to): commissions, customs, art trades, and adoptables.
You may be temporarily banned if you:
Attempt to convince me into giving free work (commission, customs, art trades, etc.)
Have been rude or disrespectful while inquiring about business with me or my workflow.
Fail to comply with my Terms of Service.
You will be blacklisted if you:
Repeat offenses more than once.
Fail to comply with said terms more than once.
Refuse to pay the fee or do not finish your side of the art trade.
Try to scam me.
Use the artwork commercially.
Use the artwork for NFT or AI generators.
Falsify a report.
Dox, harass, threaten, or start a hate group against me or others.

All commission information — including commission status, examples, types, prices, refunds, and form — will be found here. Please read my commission page thoroughly before asking questions or commissioning me.
Commission Terms
I will work on the commission AFTER I receive full payment on a first come first serve basis.
Depending on how complex or detailed the commission may be, it will take a minimum of 1-2 weeks to complete. The commission may take longer than anticipated due to school and work.
Visual references are required. I will not accept written text as a standalone reference. Text must be in addition to a visual reference.
At the beginning of the process, I will send multiple sketches varying in complexity.
The first five revisions are free of charge. After that, revision fees will be applied for each request.
I will not accept any changes to the commission after I start coloring. Please let me know what you would like to change before I start the coloring process.
When the commission is complete, I will send two .png files via email. One will include a single-colored background and the other will include a transparent background.
Refunds will not be given unless the commission is canceled or takes longer than two months to complete without progress updates or contacts (more information is found under Refunds).
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to follow my Terms of Service. Failure to comply with my terms will result in a temporary ban or blacklist (more information is found under Temporary Ban & Blacklist in my Terms of Service).

Payment
I only accept PayPal (USD) as payment.
Please pay within 24 hours after I confirm your commission. I will not work on the commission until I receive full payment.
Failure to pay within the given time will result in an automatic cancellation. Repeated offenses will result in a temporary ban or blacklist.
Refunds
Asking for refunds or chargebacks are prohibited. However, there are some exceptions to receiving a full or partial refund under the following circumstances.
A full refund will be provided if the commission is canceled BEFORE the sketch is approved (excluding PayPal’s transactional fee).
50% of the fee will be refunded in the event that the sketch is approved, but cannot be rendered.
25% of the fee will be refunded in the event that the project cannot be fully rendered.
